Medical guidelines have been developed by Fortuna Mining Corp. to ensure visitors remain in good health, while meeting local regulations, when traveling to the Lindero Mine, due to the high elevation.

Recommended tests may include the following:

1. Clinical physical examination (prioritizing cardiovascular system and lungs)
2. Blood test (Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, Glucose and Glycosylated hemoglobin (only for Diabetics)
3. Electrocardiogram (for people of 45 years old and over)

Tests must be completed by a medical professional in your country of residence.

The medical form must be filled out and approved by your doctor or medical professional.
